Responsibilities:
* Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
* Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
* Analysis and selection of CV's.
* Phone surveys when necessary.
* Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
* Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
* Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
* Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection or similar
* Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles
* Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
* A team player with a spirit of collaboration.
* A person with a good working attitude and commitment.
* Be results-oriented.
* Speak English.
