This is a full time role based on site in Alcochete.
About the Role
As our Harvest & Post-Harvest Supervisor, you'll oversee critical stages of product handling-from intermediate processing to stabilization-while supporting harvest operations when needed. You'll ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, all while helping to refine and elevate our post-harvest operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and optimise intermediate product processing and documentation.
* Maintain processing conditions and resolve quality deviations quickly.
* Oversee drying room and stabilization processes, ensuring ideal environmental controls.
* Support harvesting activities as required.
* Implement and maintain quality control measures across all product stages.
* Manage inventory accuracy, including batch tracking and product flow.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
About You
You're a proactive, detail-driven professional who thrives in structured, quality-focused environments. You take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly.
You Bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant education is a plus).
* Experience in a regulated industry (cannabis, food production, etc.).
* Knowledge of cannabis strains, quality standards, and processing equipment.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
