Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the F&B daily operations
* Ensure quality scores are achieved.
* Format menu's for outlets and implement menu items into POS machines, ensuring smooth cooperation between users and software.
* Uphold Pestana standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs in the restaurant.
* Recruit, train, motivate and coordinate the F&B team
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English language
* Driven by results

* Guest and quality oriented
