Your role in our team: As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall management of all Körber mechanical installation activities on a project, ensuring the best execution with minimal defects to guarantee project compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise the planned work of employees and subcontractors in the respective area, considering the defined RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).Report unforeseen situations and issues, and document the development and completion of work, including electrical problems arising from installation or subcontracted work.Verify that all necessary mechanical testing is carried out, completed, and documented in a timely manner, and ensure all test documentation is submitted to relevant departments on time.Mark up all mechanical drawings with modifications carried out on site and ensure these are submitted back to the mechanical design engineer.Assist the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to ensure that safe systems of work are always employed on site to achieve zero accidents.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers both internally and externally.Promote continuous improvement by re-evaluating processes and working methods regularly.Your profile: High school diploma, preferably with technical or vocational qualification in mechanics or electromechanics.Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally in industry, logistics, or civil construction areas.Proficiency in Mechanical Installations.Knowledge of On-Site Health & Safety protocols.Proficiency in MS Project.Strong team management and communication skills.Excellent planning and organizational abilities.Self-motivated and proactive attitude.Enjoyment of exciting tasks in a fast-growing, future-oriented industry.Competitive salary package, including extra days off (e.g., your birthday), flexible working hours, and remote work options.Health insurance coverage for the whole family.Well-being and Employee Assistance Program.Active engagement with external partners and other perks (e.g., fresh fruit, bread, yogurt).A pleasant, collaborative working atmosphere.Do you see yourself in this profile?
