The role requires an FOH leader to orchestrate a 350-cover day with flawless flow, from shift brief to last taco served. This includes mentoring a 6-person floor team, training, coaching, and instilling hospitality that feels like hanging outside your favourite taco truck.

Key Responsibilities:

* Orchestrate service flow for up to 350 covers per day
* Mentor and train a 6-person floor team
* Own guest recovery and online feedback
* Partner with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service and vibe

Requirements:

* 18 months+ FOH management experience in a volume, casual, or dining concept

* Calm under pressure, sharp with POS & Google Workspace, and generous with feedback
