We would like to meet a IT Recruiter for a project with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
* Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
* Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
* Analysis and selection of CV's.
* Phone surveys when necessary.
* Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
* Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
* Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
* Editing CV's according to the Decskill format.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
* At least 3 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.
* Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
* Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
* A team player with a spirit of collaboration.
* A person with a good working attitude and commitment.
* Be results-oriented.
* Speak other languages, like English.
