We seek a Paid Media Specialist with extensive experience in Meta and LinkedIn advertising to plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns that drive measurable business results for clients.
You will play a key role in shaping digital strategy, executing impactful campaigns, and continuously improving performance through data analysis and insights.
Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both Meta and LinkedIn platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of audience targeting options.
* Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns across the full funnel - awareness, consideration, and conversion.
* Create data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
* Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
* Monitor and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.
* Implement tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTM parameters) and ensure accurate reporting.
* Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Participate in client calls and sales pitches, presenting campaign strategies and results.
* Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
* Continuously stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
* Agency experience is highly preferred.
* Proven track record in managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
* Deep understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques on both Meta and LinkedIn.
* Experience with tracking setup, A/B testing, and data analysis.
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
* Confident working client-facing and able to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.
* Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
* Must be available to work 8am–5pm EST, as our clients are based in the US.
