Lead Business Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Operations Manager to oversee the overall performance of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-departmental initiatives.
About the Role
* Drive revenue growth across all business streams, including Agency Directory sponsorships, Marketplace subscriptions & bidding, Awards submissions, Awareness and exposure packages.
* Oversee development, marketing, content, design, SEO, sales, and operations teams to ensure work is performed at the highest standards and timelines are met.
* Own the product roadmap, prioritize development with the team, and ensure timely delivery of site improvements that drive growth and retention.
* Improve operational efficiency and enforce processes, best practices, and accountability: checklists, workflows, briefs, QA, releases, and inter-department alignment.
* Monitor key metrics and take corrective action: revenue, churn, client satisfaction, traffic, retention, engagement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in running successful ventures with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of growing digital B2B businesses, improving revenue and increasing profitability.
* Deep understanding of digital products, development workflows, UX, QA, SEO, and marketplace dynamics.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to enforce standards and elevate quality across teams.
