Your contribution to something big:
As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of eBike display units, remote controls, and sensor modules. You will be involved from concept creation to mass production, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.
1. Design & Develop: Transform product requirements into hardware circuit designs, ensuring feasibility and performance.
2. Testing & Validation: Define and execute tests, analyze test data, and support production ramp-up.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and production plants to optimize design and industrialization.
4. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges both in the development phase and during series production.
5. Process Optimization: Ensure compliance with EMC standards and enhance industrialization processes like test automation and maintenance.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering (BSc/MSc).
2. Experience in hardware design and development, ideally in consumer electronics, IoT, or display/ECU-related products.
3. Knowledge of EMC-compliant design, PCB technologies, assembly processes, and failure analysis.
4. Programming skills (C/C++, VB, Python, LabVIEW, TestStand) are a plus.
5. Understanding of statistics in production (yield, first pass yield, cpk, GR&R).
6. Fluent English and willingness to travel, with strong intercultural competence.
