The Coordinator, Treasury is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the treasury function, including cash management, bank account administration, and internal reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of treasury transactions and supports compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Job Description:
People:

* Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.
* Communicates treasury policies and procedures effectively across departments.
Client:
* Supports the daily cash positioning process, including monitoring bank balances and forecasting cash needs.
* Assists in the execution of electronic payments, wire transfers, and intercompany funding.
* Responds to internal and external inquiries related to treasury transactions and banking activities.
Value:
* Prepares and maintains treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, and liquidity analysis.
* Assists in the administration of bank accounts, including opening/closing accounts and maintaining authorized signers.
* Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury operations.
* Supports month-end and year-end close processes by providing treasury-related data and reconciliations.
* Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation within the treasury function.
* Assists with treasury-related projects and audits as needed.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant fields; and two to four years of related experience and/or training in treasury, finance, or accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate skills in Microsoft® Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet navigation. Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP systems is preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
* No certifications or driver’s license required.
