Sustainable HR Transformation Consultant sought to implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules, optimizing clients' HR processes with deep understanding of functionality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
">

* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
">
* Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions such as template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles, and RBP.
">
* Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities, sharing insights with stakeholders.
">
* Work with external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
">
* Serve as a global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, providing high-level guidance.
">
* Lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
">
* Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system.
">
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required, along with substantial experience in client solutions and large-scale SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
">
">
Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding and interdependencies with EC and other HCM solutions such as Talent Management is essential, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
">
">
Experience managing international REC/ONB projects across multiple countries and at least 7 full-cycle implementations in global companies is necessary, along with hands-on experience in workflow optimization, automation, and deployment.
">
">
Solid understanding of onboarding forms, permissions, data governance, and reporting within SuccessFactors is required, as well as knowledge of integrations with other solutions and strong product knowledge of SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytical Solutions.
">
">
Fluency in English (written and oral) with strong communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership, is mandatory.
