Your Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Culture
* Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team grounded in respect, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
* Work hand-in-hand with front-of-house leaders to deliver warm, seamless, hospitality-driven service.
Sourcing & Sustainability
* Build meaningful relationships with farmers, artisans, and trusted suppliers who reflect our values.
* Source seasonal, sustainable, and exceptional ingredients — local when possible, Italian when essential.
* Champion sustainability in sourcing, prep, and operations.
Cost & Kitchen Operations
* Monitor food costs, labor, and inventory with care and precision.
* Implement smart systems for prep, ordering, and waste reduction that support quality and efficiency.
* Maintain a well-organized, clean kitchen and ensure equipment is always in top condition.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with internal support teams to keep everything running smoothly.
* Contribute to new openings and projects across Vida Plena as we grow.
You Have What it Takes
* Experience: At least 5 years experience in Italian cuisine
* Leadership: Proven record and ability to inspire and mentor a 10+ team, creating an environment of warmth, respect, and expertise.
* Understanding of simplicity: With a deep appreciation for sourcing local and seasonal ingredients, drive to explore sustainable practices.
* Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with practical execution.
* Approach: A calm, thoughtful leader who thrives in a dynamic kitchen without compromising quality or teamwork.
Your First 100 Days
* Immerse - Get to know the team, kitchen flow, and heart of Leonetta's menu. Observe, listen, and understand what works and where we can improve.
* Collaborate - Build strong relationships with suppliers, Operations team, and FOH staff to ensure seamless execution and consistency.
* Lead & Train - Set the tone for the team, ensuring training, communication, and teamwork are priorities from day one.
* Optimize Operations - Review costs, efficiency, and procurement, implementing changes that enhance both quality and profitability.
