Your Role
As a Content & Activation Specialist, you will drive student awareness, activation, and registrations to our Virtual Internships platform by:
Enabling partnership managers with high-quality content, collateral, and activation assets.
Building scalable content engines to increase activation within our partner network and across the student ecosystem.
Creating compelling content that can be distributed across multi-channel campaigns to engage students.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnership Enablement & Support
Supply partnership account managers with materials and assets to ensure successful activation campaigns
Constantly review partner communication channels to suggest iterations
Build reusable toolkits and playbooks to ensure partners have flexible, ready-to-use materials that match their needs and accelerate student activation
Collaborate with product and the student experience teams to improve student-focussed messaging throughout the customer lifecycle
Manage Partnership Content & Distribution
Build assets partners want to distribute - not just need to
Keep partners stocked with plug-and-play templates, scripts, communication plans
Design modular, self-service partner toolkits that make it easy for partners to share VI benefits
Develop content partnerships with career centers, faculty, influencers, societies, and job/career sites
Identify both digital and offline campus activation opportunities
Create Content That Students Actually Engage With
Create content and assets that engage students and build awareness of VI across our partner network
Leverage social proof to position VI as a high-value, career-impacting experience
Share your expertise in student-focussed marketing with other teams to co-develop punchy copy for emails, landing pages, in-product nudges
Track performance, double down on what works, kill what doesn't, test again

Who We're Looking For
Your Attributes
You're a growth-minded operator who enables the partnerships team to succeed.
You can build scalable systems to fuel the content engine, build relationships internally and externally, and create content people actually want to engage with.
You thrive in fast-moving environments and you get energy from seeing your work convert into real student registrations, engagement, and outcomes.
You're both strategic and hands-on: you ideate, you execute, you optimize. You'll operate across content, partner activation, and partnership ops.
Your Experience
Content/growth marketing targeting students or youth audiences
Community activation, ambassador or referral programs
Content creation and campaign building
Partnerships, student operations, or campus-led engagement
Sales Enablement and Project Management
Running creative experiments to drive measurable outcomes

Virtual Internships Perks and Benefits
Remote-First:
All roles at VI are currently and will remain remote - flexibility to work from anywhere
Flexible Working Hours:
Start earlier, leave earlier, take a shorter lunch, or leave later, it's totally up to you.
Annual Leave
: Wherever you are in the world, you'll get 25 days of paid annual leave per year, plus bank holidays and 5 sick days.
Life Event Leave:
There are moments in life where your life responsibility is a higher priority than work (e.g. moving house, your best friend getting married, your sister having a baby) therefore, you'll get 5 days of paid life-event leave to support these occasions. You also get a day off on your birthday. This is in addition to your Annual Leave.
Flexible VIer Budget:
You'll receive a flexible budget of $1,000 per year that you can use on but not limited to your work setup, personal wellness, or professional development.
Tech:
New joiners receive a budget for your company laptop depending on the role and location.
