About the Role
As a Senior Project Leader you will drive AMOS and supply chain transformation projects for our airline customers. You will lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives while remaining closely involved in analysis, design, and hands-on implementation of change initiatives that deliver tangible impact to our clients.
Deep AMOS expertise and sound industry experience is essential for this role
. You'll work side by side with clients and colleagues in an environment built on trust, mutual respect, and shared accountability.
What You'll Do
Lead and deliver complex AMOS and supply chain transformation projects from scoping to implementation.
Act as a trusted partner to client teams—from operational experts to senior management.
Drive improvements across materials management, inventory planning, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Contribute directly to analysis, process mapping, solution design, and hands-on execution.
Coordinate internal experts and client stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
Ensure solutions are pragmatic, structured, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
What You Bring
Strong track record in leading aerospace supply chain and materials management initiatives, and / or a CAMO / Engineering background.
Deep, practical
knowledge of AMOS with at least 7 years of experience is a must
.
Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs end to end.
Strong delivery mindset and willingness to stay close to the work.
Clear, respectful, and confident communication style.
Structured, pragmatic approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Ability to travel internationally.
