Role Overview As a Patient Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to patients with diabetes through inbound calls, chat, and email.
You will play a crucial role in: - Identifying patient needs;
- Clarifying doubts or questions related to diabetes electronic devices;
- Handling complaintsand resolving issues;
- Performing back-office tasks as needed;
Requirements Advanced level of German (C1 at least);
A good knowledge of English (B1 at least);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Empathetic and patient-focused attitude;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Training and WorkModality Training will be conducted in a physical classroom setting.
Training hours: 9:00 to 18:00.
Work model will transition through three phases: On-site training and initial weeks until candidates are fully competent in their tasks.
Hybrid model - Candidates will work in the office two days a week after successfully completing the physical training phase.
Work-At-Home (WAH) - Candidates may have the opportunity to work permanently from home after a successful transition from the hybrid phase.
Schedules Initially from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 18:00 (8h/day in shifts;
2 days-off a week).
Eventually it will be required a 24/7 availability (although weekends and night shifts are less common) Contract details Direct employment with the client Gross Salary: ****** per month.
Language Bonus: ****** per month.
Additional Bonus: ****** per month Meal Allowance: 6.41 per day.
Note: the bonuses are fixed for every month All necessary equipment will be provided by the client.
A generous relocation package is also offered to anyone who is interested on moving to Porto.
