We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Technology) to join a leading organization in the financial services industry. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality IT service delivery, aligning technology operations with business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT service management, experience working in regulated environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while ensuring service stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end IT service delivery for critical technology services supporting financial operations
* Act as the main point of contact between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
* Ensure services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements
* Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes in line with ITIL best practices
* Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
* Monitor service performance, risks, and dependencies in a regulated financial environment
* Coordinate and oversee third-party service providers and outsourcing partners
* Prepare and present service reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in a technology environment
* Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL preferred)
* Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
* Solid understanding of infrastructure, applications, and cloud-based services
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English
Nice to Have
* ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
* Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk, and compliance concepts
* Experience working in hybrid or global teams
