About the Role
As a Customer Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
This dynamic position involves receiving and integrating customer orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, analyzing stock coverage to guarantee timely delivery, and managing information flow with Production Planners and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution.
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers to confirm processing and shipment of products, as well as sending delivery plans and tracking information. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in monitoring shipping processes, handling returns, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
* Receive and integrate customer orders into the ERP system

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Planning, preferably in an automotive production environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Web-based Intranet Systems
* SAP knowledge and other relevant software skills are advantageous
