What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering;
R&D Engineer with professional experience in a multinational environment (preferred);
At least one year of relevant experience;
Knowledge of electrolytic capacitors or related technologies (preferred);
Practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
Innovative,responsible, and proactive profile;
Abilityto organize and manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
Immediate availability.
?Main responsibilities:
Lead and ensure the development of capacitor designs and product families;
Define product requirements based on customer needs;
Performdesign validation and verification (testing, simulations, reliability analysis);
Supportprototype development and coordinate validation builds;
Analyzeproduct performance and implement continuous improvement actions;
Contribute to innovation activities, including new materials and technologies;
Prepareandmaintain technical documentation (specifications, reports, design guidelines);
Drive and monitor roadmaps in accordance with R&D deployment
Support or lead cost efficiency activities.
