ResponsibilitiesYou will qualify inbound leads from digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook) and evaluate them as potential customers. You will initiate first contact with prospects, spark their interest, and gather key information. You will nurture leads through continuous communication (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) to build long-term relationships. You will transfer qualified leads to the sales team via CRM, ensuring a smooth handover and follow-up. You will conduct data-driven analyses on lead quality, pipeline status, and processing efficiency, taking responsibility for reporting and success measurement. You will collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation processes and implement lead management strategies. You will acquire deep knowledge of Körber's portfolio and apply this expertise during lead qualification. You will monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will contribute to developing and executing our digital sales strategy, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales. You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. You have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales development or digital sales, including customer relationship management. You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proactive approach to engaging with prospects. You have strong organizational skills in sales planning, appointment coordination, and reporting. You have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot expertise is a significant advantage). You have an analytical mindset and are confident working with data and performance metrics. You are curious about digital technologies and motivated to grow professionally. You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
