What You'll Do
* Strategy & Execution: Plan and lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Client Leadership: Advise and report directly to CMOs and VPs at top U.S.-based brands
* Campaign Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and iterate to improve campaign performance
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, dev, and content teams to ensure integrated strategies
* Data Analysis: Turn numbers into insights and insights into action
* Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members
* Innovation: Stay ahead of platform trends and bring new ideas to the table
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
* 4–5+ years in PPC/performance marketing with hands-on experience managing campaigns.
* Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Fluent (near-native) English – comfortable communicating directly with senior-level U.S. clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Business-savvy and results-oriented mindset.
* High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Bonus Points:
* Experience with TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit.
* Strong grasp of GA4, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
* Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior talent.
* Consulting mindset: ability to guide clients beyond the brief.
