About the Role:
We are seeking a
Scrum Master
to support the
CE3 End-to-End Solutions Architecture team
, which defines the strategic direction and transitional blueprints for C&P technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Scrum
and
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
environments, capable of facilitating agile delivery and ensuring collaboration across architecture and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as
Scrum Master
for the CE3 End-to-End Solutions Architecture team, facilitating all
agile ceremonies
and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with
CE3 Architects
to design and refine
north star
and transitional architectures for high-impact C&P programs and cross-vertical initiatives.
* Ensure formalized architectural decisions that enable delivery and transformation, supporting short-, mid-, and long-term business objectives.
* Engage holistically across
Enterprise Architecture
,
Cross-Platform Architecture
,
Platform System Architecture
, and
Engineering teams
to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
* Follow and support
DRB/ARB
governance processes.
* Integrate expertise from engineering, experience, and excellence pillars to deliver seamless, sustainable solutions.
* Align capability and journey design with
C&P, CPIT, and SAP
objectives to avoid fragmented solutions and delivery risks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a
Scrum Master
in complex, cross-functional environments.
* Strong understanding of
Scrum
and
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
principles.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, business).
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organizational and delivery focus.
* Fluent in
English
(spoken and written).
* Availability for
hybrid work (2x per week in Lisbon)
