As a
Pre-Sales Consultant
you will support the growth of
Write-Back
. You will work closely with prospects and customers worldwide to showcase the value of the product, helping them to understand how it enhances their analytics workflows. You will occasionally have the opportunity to travel for conferences in the USA and Europe to engage live with customers and prospects. This position requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience with
Tableau
or
Power BI
, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
You will be responsible for:
Leading all pre-sales activities, namely product demonstrations and customer success support.
Researching and solving customer challenges by proposing tailored solutions in the analytics and Write-Back space.
Developing demo assets and website content to showcase the product.
Job Requirements
Academic background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields.
Professional experience
At least 1 year of experience in analytics, with strong knowledge of visualization techniques in
Power BI or Tableau
, analytics problem solving and SQL.
Communication Skills
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken.
Customer Focus
Experience in interacting directly with customers to understand their challenges and propose solutions, applying problem-solving skills to address customer-specific needs regarding analytics.
Collaboration & Authonomy
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and materials.
Communicate improvements to product development.
Take the lead on defining and developing demos, use cases, and content for the website and sales enablement.
Languages
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Nice to Have
Experience in pre-sales, customer success, or technical consulting.
Familiarity with analytics workflows and enterprise BI environments.
Ability to create compelling demo stories and visual walkthroughs.
Experience contributing to product marketing or technical content.
