The role - Microsoft Web Administrator
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Web Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting web servers and web-based applications hosted on Microsoft technologies, including IIS (Internet Information Services), SharePoint, and related Microsoft web platforms. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Manage and maintain Microsoft IIS web servers and SharePoint environments
* Ensure web application performance, security, and troubleshooting
* Implement backup and recovery plans
* Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
* Manage SSL certificates, domain configurations, and web infrastructure.
Your profile
* You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft IIS Services and load balancing concepts
* Proven experience in managing IIS web servers, SharePoint, and other related Microsoft web technologies
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for web applications
* Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, SharePoint Server, or IIS certifications are an advantage
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
