About the Role
We are seeking a Deployment Engineer who will play a critical role in driving successful AI solution implementations for our clients.
This individual will work directly with customers to understand their goals, define and co-create use cases, and deliver impactful results using the Noxus platform.
You'll not only build workflows using our suite of tools but also contribute new integrations, nodes, and triggers to expand our platform's capabilities.
Ideal candidates are ambitious, curious, and eager to take ownership of complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to define success criteria, align on goals, and ensure continuous communication throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Use Case Delivery:
Design, build, and deploy impactful solutions using the Noxus platform, creatively applying features to solve real-world challenges.
Platform Extension:
Develop new features including reusable automation nodes, integrations with external systems, and custom event triggers.
Customer Support & Feedback:
Provide proactive check-ins and technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to inform roadmap priorities and improve the deployment experience.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical background with experience in scripting or programming (e.G., Python, JavaScript).
Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and manage expectations.
Comfortable designing and delivering technical use cases, proof of concepts, or prototypes.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and event-based architectures.
Excellent problem-solving and creative solution-building skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable tasks and product improvements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and collaborating across multiple functions.
Bonus Points
Prior experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries (e.G., healthcare, finance, government).
Experience building on AI/ML platforms or automation tools.
Familiarity with data pipelines, workflow engines, or event-driven systems.
Ability to write reusable modules, integrations, or automation nodes.
Experience with customer onboarding and success processes.
