- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00- Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Role Overview
You will provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients within the automotive digital services sector, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
* Provide accurate information and support related to automotive digital services
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
* Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Requirements
* Danish (C1/C2) – mandatory
* English (B2) – required
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Currently residing in Portugal
