The role
This is a senior leadership position with departmental ownership. As Head of Real Estate, you will lead the team, develop strategy, close high‐value transactions, and be the face of Cadenza Lux in the market. You will work directly with Management and report to the Board, with a mandate to grow the department commercially and operationally. You will oversee co‐brokerage partnerships and be accountable for the department's revenue targets, KPIs, and compliance.Key ResponsabilitiesDevelop and drive the Real Estate department strategy in line with Cadenza Lux's business objectivesOriginate and close real estate transactions, sales and long‐term rentalsBuild and manage a pipeline of exclusive property listings, qualified buyers and institutional clientsLead, develop and performance‐manage the Real Estate teamDevelop and maintain relationships with partner agencies, developers, and high‐net‐worth clientsOversee co‐brokerage arrangements and ensure execution standards across all transactionsReport department KPIs and financial performance to Management and the BoardEnsure full regulatory and compliance standards across all operationsRepresent Cadenza Lux at industry events, client meetings and networking forumsRequirementsProven track record in real estate sales and transaction management, ideally in a senior or leadership capacityStrong network in the Portuguese residential and investment property marketExperience managing and developing a team of brokers or agentsCommercial mindset with the ability to originate business independentlyExcellent client relationship skills, comfortable engaging with high‐net‐worth individuals and institutional investorsFluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)Licensed to operate as a real estate professional in Portugal (or ability to obtain)Working Days
