What You'll Be Doing
* Support customers via
chat, email, and calls

* Build trust through friendly, empathetic communication
* Use the right tools and methods to provide accurate information
* Keep detailed records and follow company guidelines
* Collaborate with your team to meet targets and share success
What We're Looking For
* C2 level Italian
and
B2+ English
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability
* Confident with computers and MS Office tools
* Positive, adaptable attitude and customer-first mindset
