This role will ensure consistent delivery of high-impact initiatives that support strategic business priorities, fostering excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across all program and Project Management activities.This person will be responsible for the successful delivery of Programs and Management of the team of Project Managers through coaching and guidance.
Additionally, this position will ensure outcomes align with Supply Chain priorities, adherence to PMO governance, promotion of methodology use, and maintenance of operational cadence across all initiatives.As a Delivery Lead (Program Manager) you will be responsible for:Program Delivery & GovernanceLead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities; Define and Manage Program scope, objectives, timeline, and success metrics; Ensure Programsare executed in accordance with PMO governance standards and methodologies (e.G.
Stage Gate); Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all initiatives; Establish and manage steering committees, status reviews, and decision forums.PMO Leadership & Team ManagementServe as line manager to Project Managers, setting clear expectations, goals, and feedback cycles; Drive consistency in project planning, execution, and reporting across the team; Lead regular PMcommunity sessions to promote knowledge, while monitoring and supporting the team performance of the Project Management Team.Stakeholder EngagementAct as key point of contact for Senior Leadership on Program and Project delivery; Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle; Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, balancing strategic oversight with a hands-on approach to delivery; Ensure transparency and clarity through structured communication and reporting; Anticipate resistance and foster buy-in through active engagement.Continuous Improvement & Strategic ContributionIdentify trends and improvement opportunities across the Project Portfolio, and provide input into prioritization and resource planning decisions; Evolve PMO methodologies, tools, and standards based on organizational maturity and feedback; Support capability-building initiatives to enhance Project and Program delivery
