A multinational company in Portugal is seeking a leader to manage its product delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of product owners;
* Ensure alignment with product management and technology teams;
* Support product owners in backlog management and prioritization;
* Communicate progress to senior leadership;
* Kick off and coordinate major projects across business units;
* Ensure stakeholder engagement and readiness for product releases;
* Drive product improvement initiatives;
* Influence roadmaps and strategic direction;
* Ensure products meet non-functional requirements (performance, security, compliance);
* Collaborate with external partners when needed;
* Promote team engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as product owner or product manager;
* Solid experience in managing product owners (1:1s, performance reviews, career plans);
* Strong leadership and coaching skills;
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
* Ability to understand technical architecture at a high level;
* Experience working across multiple delivery methodologies;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2, ideally C1).
