About the Role:
As a CRM & SEO Executive, you'll own two of the most strategic growth levers of our e-commerce operation:
organic visibility and retention.
You'll be responsible for optimising our product and collection pages for search, analysing keyword performance, and making sure our emails, automations and push notifications are driving engagement, conversion and customer retention.
This is a hybrid role that requires a mix of analytical thinking, hands-on execution and strong attention to detail. You'll work closely with the Ecom, Brand and Paid teams to help build meaningful customer journeys — from search to inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO
- Optimise product, collection and landing pages (meta titles, descriptions, internal linking)
- Plan and write SEO-friendly blog posts aligned with our tone and strategy
- Run keyword research and competitor benchmarking
- Monitor search performance via GA4 and SEMrush
- Identify and propose solutions for search terms with low or no results
- Recommend improvements to SEO structure and visibility
CRM & APP
- Schedule and monitor email campaigns (content provided by Brand)
- Manage and optimise automated flows (e.G. welcome, abandoned cart)
- Run basic A/B tests (subject lines, timings, layout)
- Analyse performance of campaigns and automations
- Segment and maintain the email database
- Schedule and report on push notifications for the app
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
- Experience with GA4, SEMrush and Shopify
- Confident in analysing performance data and building reports
- Comfortable managing automations and segmentations across CRM tools
- Strong written English and content sensitivity aligned with Minga's tone
