Job Description
Anantara is seeking a results-driven Sales Mice Manager to join its team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Sales Mice Manager will report directly to the Sales Director and be accountable for:
* Proactively seeking out new business opportunities, locally and internationally.
* Maximizing lead generation through various channels, including phone calls, sales visits, trade shows, and fairs.
* Analyzing local market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
* Organizing hotel shows and commercial visits to current and potential customers.
* Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ensuring all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis.
* Leading the contracting process for regular customers to guarantee that proposals are sent promptly.
* Following up on event leads and gathering information about customer needs and decisions.
* Supporting the preparation of PR events that take place in the hotel.
* Representing the hotel at networking events and participating in promotional activities.
* Overseeing revenue development and monitoring sales budgets.

Education and Experience
Prior experience in a hotel sales role is desirable, with a proven track record of closing sales. A degree in Tourism or Hotel Business is also preferred.

* An excellent level of English (C1), written and spoken.
* Availability to travel if necessary.
* Strong commercial skills, including sales and negotiation techniques.
* Knowledge of hotel management systems and different hotel segments.
