The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews; Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles; Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress; Collaborate with ProductOwners to refine and prioritize the product backlog; Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture; Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvements; Ensure alignment betweenbusiness goals and Agile methodologies.Your ProfileAcademic background in IT Engineering or in a related field; At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of a Scrum Master; Expertise in Jira and Confluence; Scrum Master certification is mandatory (e.G PSM-I ; CSM);Knowledge of other methodologies and frameworks (e.G Waterfall) and respective certifications are valued (e.G.
