The Role
IPM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
This role combines professional lecturing with broader involvement across programme delivery, certification development, and organisational initiatives.
The successful candidate will primarily deliver project management training while also contributing to the coordination and delivery of programmes, corporate engagements, and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Delivery
Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programmes, certifications, and strategic initiatives.
Manage timelines, resources, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple projects.
Ensure projects and programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across faculty, operations, marketing, and business development.
Corporate Training & Client Engagement
Support the organisation and delivery of corporate training programmes.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pitches, and delivery plans for corporate clients and partners.
Ensure a high-quality learning experience for corporate and individual participants.
