About this role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Digital Marketing Professional to join our team.

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand recognition. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand our digital presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales & Business Development
* Identify and engage new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the customer base.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and families.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and improve service offerings.
* Digital Marketing Strategy
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and brand recognition.
* Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build community and drive engagement.
* Optimize website content for SEO to attract organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
* Run paid digital campaigns and monitor KPIs to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
* Produce email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, inform clients, and retain existing customers.
* Content Creation & Management
* Create engaging, informative, and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates, to highlight our services and expertise.
* Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's values and goals.
* Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing assets (e.g., brochures, flyers, digital ads).
* Analytics & Reporting
* Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, including website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.
* Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize sales efforts.
* Collaboration
* Work closely with the care services team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and service delivery.
* Coordinate with the leadership team to develop strategic plans and ensure that marketing efforts are driving business objectives.

Requirements

* Experience
:
* Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally in the healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
* Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
* Skills
:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
* Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Other
