This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements: - Between 3 and 6 years of experience;
- Very good knowledge of operating systems (Windows);
- Experience withPowershell, Zabbix, SUN, SCCM, Office and Peripheral;
- Comfortable in reporting and relationships with support teams at all levels (L1/L2/L3) - Capability to interact with different users - Strong communication skills with users;
- Very good communication in French (C1).
