Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements- Between 3 and 6 years of experience- Availability to travel abroad (Paris mostly) for short periods of time, as required (once or twice a year for few days)- Working experience in a user support role directly assisting and interacting with clients to address client requests- Experience in conducting training sessions and present functional subjects- Experience organizing/tracking your users relationships and you know how to leverage data to increase client engagement/satisfaction and applications efficiency- Experience with Excel and data manipulation- Experience with SQL- Very good communication in French (C1)Other Requirements- Good level in English is desirable- Knowledge on SNOW/SUN (nice to have)- Able to be quickly autonomous, proactive- Past experience on similar position- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently- Experience in requirement analysis and client needs assessment- Team spirit, client-oriented spirit and good analyzing skillsWhat can you expect from us?
