· Provide technical support to end users.
· Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
· Document and track software issues.
· Work with developers to implement bug fixes.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases.

· Troubleshooting and debugging software.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📚 Education:
· Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
