Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
* The individual will also assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll.
* Additionally, the Office Manager will coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other office documents, organize meetings, and take meeting minutes when needed.
* The successful candidate will handle confidential information with discretion and liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


Requirements:

* A proven track record as an Office Manager or similar role is essential.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary, with Portuguese proficiency being a plus.
* Familiarity with basic HR processes, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, is preferred.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also important.
* Prior experience in managing budgets is desirable, but not mandatory.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is also preferred.
