The IT Application Manager - Employee Experience will oversee software applications, ensuring they align with user requirements and business needs. This role demands active collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team to enhance operational efficiency.
Description
Oversee one or multiple HRsoftware applications, ensuring they follow application life cycle management frameworks.
Collaborate actively with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and business needs.
Translate business needs into actionable development tasks for the technical team.
Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of applications.
Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
Provide support and training to end-users regarding application usage.
Regularly update stakeholders on the application's status and potential improvements.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience through technology solutions.
Profile
A successful IT Application Manager - Employee Experience should have:
Past experience as IT HR Expert, IT Business Partner, IT Application Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
Proven experience in application life cycle management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to software applications.
Ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance the user experience.
Problem-solving skills to address application-related issues efficiently.
Familiarity with tools and frameworks used in software development and management.
Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
