Drive growth across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platformsImprove newsletter KPIs and build new flows to grow engagement and subscribersLead monetization initiatives for both channels to increase revenueCreate a data-driven roadmap and calendar with measurable milestonesReport weekly performance metrics and solve bottlenecks proactivelyCoordinate with team leads to align offers, promotions, and marketing effortsOptimize workflows using AI tools and agents for efficiency and scaleRequired qualifications:
5+ years in social media strategy and content creation with proven growth resultsDemonstrated success in B2B newsletter campaignsExperience managing and scaling social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)2-4 years in PPC strategy and executionExceptional copywriting and communication skills (English)Strong command of marketing analytics toolsAdvanced understanding of AI tools, agents, and marketing automation workflowsSelf-driven, collaborative, and strategic thinkerAvailability to work from 6 AM to 3 PM ESTNice-to-Haves:
