The RoleWe are looking for aJunior QA Testerto join our team in Lisbon.
You'll work closely with the Product and Development teams to ensure that new features are thoroughly tested, stable, and aligned with customer needs.
You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and play an active role in maintaining the overall quality of the Stafiz platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual tests and report results precisely.
Report, document, and follow up on bugs through our internal tools.
Work with Product Managers to understand business requirements and validation criteria.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Provide clear feedback on product quality, usability, and performance.
Contribute to process optimization and QA best practices.
Support the setup and maintenance of automated tests.
Document features and test results in Notion.
Profile & RequirementsStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Organized, methodical, autonomous and thorough in your approach to testing.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, APIs, databases, etc.) is appreciated.
Experience with or interest in test automation is a plus.
