Responsibilities:
- Be the primary responsible for both operational management and execution of the commercial strategy for the business in the Portugal market.
- Ensure the achievement of both qualitative and quantitative objectives set for the market.
- Manage the operations of the retail points, implementing and improving procedures.
- Monitor and follow up on established commercial KPIs.
- Ensure the brand image is maintained.
- Develop talent at retail points through actions with the area manager and store managers.
- Propose and facilitate the implementation of campaigns with the marketing department.
- Participate in the growth of the profit account by acquiring new clients.
- Coordinate and supervise new openings.
- Supervise and evaluate commercial operations across different sales channels: own stores, franchises, department stores.
- Make improvement proposals, producing reports on the evolution of the area and communicating all relevant information to General Management.
Profile:
- We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in area manager, district manager, sales manager, or brand manager positions in textile fashion firms.
- Must have managed profit accounts under KPIs.
- Experience in managing wholesale and department store retail points is necessary.
- Strong commercial skills, analytical ability, strategic thinking, and results orientation are important.
- Residence preferably in Lisbon or Porto.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is essential.
- Availability to travel.
