The Impact You'll Make Shape the future of Bial's drug candidates by designing and optimizing synthetic routes considering process safety and long-term sustainability, economic, logistic and regulatory aspects; Assist the technology transfer process required for the manufacturing of Bial Drug Candidates and commercial products; Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to bring new therapies from lab to market; Drive innovation through Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE) to ensure robust and efficient processes; Contribute to IP strategy and regulatory filings, safeguarding our discoveries and accelerating development. What You'll Bring PhD in Organic Chemistry (or equivalent) and experience in process research and scale-up; Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA/EMA), and impurity control strategies; Hands-on expertise in process optimization and analytical methods; A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills; Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines; Motivated with a strong and dynamic personal drive to learn.
