Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
* IFRS15 worldwide coordinator, overseeing global implementation and, correct and compliant accounting within VM;
* Independently execute tasks within recurring controlling processes such as MBR (Monthly Business Report), CF (Current Forecast), and BP (Business Planning).
* Ensure correct accounting treatment for paid development projects under IFRS15, focusing on timing of revenue and cost recognition in the P&L.
* Serve as key user for IBM-IPA tool, ensuring technical tool requirements are met in close alignment with BD process experts, C/FIR, and M/FC.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously adapt VM processes to IFRS15 requirements, fostering appropriate use of internal tools for planning, reporting, and audit interfaces.
* Coordinate and drive process optimization of IFRS15 activities and lead lessons learned and follow-up sessions regularly.
* Coordinate external and internal audit activities, acting as main interface between VM, corporate departments (C/FIR), and auditors (E&Y, C/AU).
* Lead harmonization of planning processes in the division, identifying improvement potentials to increase efficiency, transparency, forecast quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar studies, with a specialization in Controlling preferred.
* Ideally 5 years of controlling experience (e.g., Plant controlling, division controlling, or similar).
* Proficient in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PnL Series, SAP, with a strong interest in digitalization and knowledge of tools like PowerBI and Power Automate.
* Fluent in English.
* Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment and international matrix organization.
* Proactive and able to work independently with a clear structure.
* Strong analytical skills and enjoys handling complex tasks.
* Clear, binding, and stakeholder-oriented communication.
* Eager to learn and grow within a team.
* Open to working in an international, virtual team environment.
