Position: Customer Support Agent (Spanish)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months)

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).
* Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.
* Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
* Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
* Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Native / fluent in Spanish (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)
* Minimum of a High School diploma.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Consistent work history with demonstrated stability.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
* Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
* Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.
* Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
* Experience across various industries such as retail, banking, or general customer support is beneficial.
* Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules.
* Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations.
