The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent. Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing a qualified and diverse candidate pool for our clients
* Sourcing passive candidates, evaluating, and closing them efficiently
* Ensuring hiring managers and teams are prepared for interviews, and that they are conducted professionally and on time
* Driving the offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations
* Leading kick-off meetings with hiring managers and developing comprehensive search strategies
