What you'll do
* Ensure all PayPal and bank transfers payments are backed by valid invoices
* Upload and organize all invoices for accounting access
* Perform monthly follow-ups on any missing invoices
* Categorize invoices accurately under L&D, Central Cost, and Technology Consulting Services
* Match IT supply invoices with IT assets across Campus and Faro offices
* Support the monthly upload of bank transfers expenses in Rydoo
* Conduct general financial checks and data analysis using pivot tables
* Assist with accounting controls and support the development of new accounting procedures
What you’ll bring
* 3-5 years of experience as Finance Controller Assistant
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial data analysis
* Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Rydoo) and invoice tracking
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with finance, IT, and external accounting partners
* Motivation to learn and contribute to improving financial processes
