Join Euronext Group as VIE Project Portfolio Management Office (GPMO) Specialist
Are you ready to advance your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext Group is seeking a proactive candidate to join our Project Portfolio Management Office (GPMO) from October or November 2025 for an initial period of 12 months, in Porto.
Your Responsibilities:
* Interactive Meetings & Training:Organise and participate in online meetings and training sessions for the Euronext Project Manager Community.
* Continuous Enhancement Programme:Support the enhancement of straight-through processes, project stakeholders’ skills management, and quality of reporting and tools.
* Project Monitoring:Monitor project progress and data quality across the portfolio, particularly through the monthly reporting cycle, and follow up with Project Managers as needed.
* Application & Tool Maintenance:Help maintain the Group Project Management application (PM App), Resource Management Tool (RUNN), and related document repository (SharePoint), including maintaining key logs for the GPMO Team.
* Portfolio Reporting:Assist in preparing monthly portfolio reports for key governance bodies, including reports to the Managing Board.
* Policy & Process Updates:Support regular updates of the Group Project Management Policy and related processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements.
Main Activities:
Resource Onboarding:Reinforce activities linked to onboarding resources onto the group-wide tool (Runn) for forecasting and timesheet activities. Project Lifecycle Management:Strengthen the preparation and management of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery of key milestones. Application Modernisation:Simplify and modernise the Group Project Management application (PM App) for improved user experience. R&D Tax Incentives:Develop a process to capture possible tax incentives for R&D projects managed by Euronext at the European level.
Your Profile:
* Experience or strong interest in project management and financial markets.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is appreciated.
* Innovative, energetic, optimistic, structured, and detail-oriented.
* Strong communication and relational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn other software.
