As we grow our presence in the Azores, we're looking for motivated and service-oriented people to join our expanding Customer Service Team.The RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for international travelers.
From booking to answering inquiries, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a smooth and memorable journey—from first contact to the end of their tour.Key Responsibilities• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
• Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and friendly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth tours.
• Represent BusTravel Iceland with zeal and professionalism.What We're Looking For• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish, German, or French are a strong plus).
• Previous customer service or tourism experience preferred.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with booking systems and CRM experience (training provided).
