With projects in Nearshore, Time & Material, Service Management, and Tech Academies, you will find opportunities to learn, innovate, and grow in your career.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full Demand process, ensuring proper intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of IT requests and initiatives Ensure all stakeholders understand and follow the defined Demand management process Support the categorization and classification of incoming IT requests Maintain and update the Demand portfolio, ensuring accuracy and visibility across all initiatives Contribute to portfolio governance and reporting, ensuring transparency on request status and progress Identify obsolete or inactive requests and coordinate with business areas for validation and closure Improve overall portfolio quality and efficiency through continuous monitoring and cleanup Ensure compliance with defined SLAs by following up on requests and removing blockers Gather and clarify requirements with internal teams and business stakeholders Manage and deliver small-scale projects (BAU), ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes Provide clear communication and progress reporting to all involved partiesRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders High level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking Interest in project management, IT processes, and governance practices Proactive mindset and strong team collaboration skillsNice to Have: Knowledge or interest in portfolio and project management methodologies Familiarity with ITSM tools, request management systems, or project management toolsWhy Join Us?
