This job opportunity has a permanent contract directly with our client.Responsibilities:Lead support and change work on ServiceNow including user access requests, fixing bugs, configuration of changes, implementation of new functionalities.This is a technical role. Technical configuration, coding and ServiceNow development skills are considered as a “must have”.Collect, understand and discuss business requirements, then define technical design to support the business process in ServiceNow DPHub.Actively participate in the end-to-end ServiceNow projects including support.Develop comprehensive test scripts and perform regression testing.Support in future tool upgrades.Keep up to date on ServiceNow new features and limitations.Provide end-user support.Requirements:BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be a ServiceNow trained administrator/ developer.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in ServiceNow Administration/ Technical ProjectsAbility to understand requirements and delivering these requirements in the context of tool implementation.Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Showing initiative to manage own research efforts.Ability to independently trouble shoot issues raised by end users and provide timely and efficient administrative solutions.Team-player, focused on the success of the whole team.
